Certificate, CEU & CRCC Requirements
The At Your Service webcourse has been approved for education credit; you may apply, as long as you are eligible.

Certificate of Completion
A “Certificate of Completion” is not issued for the At Your Service webcourse
by the DBTAC: Southeast ADA Center.
You may document your course completion by printing the Post Test results, which identifies your name, date course completed, and total score.
CEU: Continuing Education Units
The At Your Service webcourse has been approved by the University College at Syracuse University for 0.5 continuing education units (CEU), which equates to 5 contact hours.
$FREE CEU credit, but you are responsible for submitting the required CEU form (available after passing Post Test).
To earn 0.5 CEU, you must:
- Complete Pre-Test and all 15 topics, including "Apply Your Knowledge" sections.
- Score 90% or better on Post Test.
- Complete and submit required CEU form (available after passing Post Test).
CRCC: Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification
Due to changes in requirements for CRCC credit by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC), CRCC clock hours are currently unavailable for the At Your Service webcourse.
For more information on CRCC credit, the eligibility requirements established for rehabilitation counselors, and certification, such as CRC, CCRC, CRC-MAC, CRC-CS or CRC-MAC-CS, refer to the CRCC website for CRCC certification standards and application process.
Note on ADA Consultant Certification
Completion of the At Your Service webcourse does not certify you as an ADA Consultant. "ADA Consultant Certification" does not exist nor is recognized by any Federal enforcement agency. The Department of Justice (DOJ) states the following in a technical assistance letter dated October 15, 1993:
"The Department of Justice does not certify or endorse any individual or organization as ADA consultants, and does not approve or endorse any products or designs as being in compliance with the ADA. Any individual or business claiming to have such a certification or endorsement may be violating various state and federal laws prohibiting fraud and misrepresentation."
